Healthy Motivation

Hello Everyone,
So today I thought I would right a post about motivation. Now there are lots of different types of motivation but I'm going to be talking about motivation to get healthy. I'm not going to sit here and tell you that you should all go out for a run and stop eating junk food because then I would just be a bit of a hypocrite because trust me I would never do that! I'm just going to tell you some of my favourite fitness apps and some of my top tips for living a healthier lifestyle.

Top Tips
1. Reward yourself - I have a little reward system so whenever I workout or do some exercise I put a pound in a little money box and then at the end of the month I take out the money from the month and spend it on something or put it towards something you want
2. Exercise - everybody likes to exercise differently some people like working out with friends, others like going for a run by themselves but just do whatever you like to do
3. One is better than none - try and just workout when you can; working out once a week is better than not working out at all
4. Start out small - start out just working out say once a week and then up it too two when you can
5. Make small changes - just try and make suttle changes to your diet just switch out a few things for healthier equivalents

Top Apps
Sleep Better sleep better wakes you up within a half an hour time slot at a time when you are sleeping lightly so when your alarm goes off it's easier to wake up and you feel a lot more awake
Running - this is really good to keep track of how far you go when you go for a long walk or a run at the gym
Nike Training - this has a lot of different workouts and they last for a range of different times so you can pick one that's right for you
Blogilates - Blogilates is an app by a youtuber so the workouts are videos so you can follow along with them really easily
now I must confess it may look like I workout a lot but I only use these about twice a week but I always think that one workout is better than one.

Lets all be honest who out of us wakes up or comes home thinking I'll go for a run now or I'll do a workout now...not many of us I imagine but just do what you can. Everything starts out small.

Also I just want to quickly share with you a relatively new blog that's written by one of my friends, Amelia. She's been through quite a lot and had a hard time so I'd really appreciate it if you went over and checked out her blog where she explains everything that she has been through and it might help you or someone you know as it's quite common what Millie went through so click here to go to her blog. I suggest you read it from the beginning so you can understand her story.

I hope this helped you out a bit,
Charlotte x
