Designer Duplicate-Michael Kor's Bag

Hiya Guys,

So today i thought I would do a post about my new bag. Although it has taken me about a month to buy it! Not because I needed to save for it or wait for it to come back in stock but because the bag I bought isn't the one I wanted (bare with me and I'll explain, sorry if this turns into a novel called the story of buying my bag by Charlotte Wainwright!)

So here goes I saw the bag in a video on YouTube, it was the Michael Kors Selma Leather Large Tote Bag which as you can imagine is way, way out of my budget that I'd set myself which was £50 so I set about trying to find one similar but me being me I was very picky they were to slouchy too stiff too big too small not enough pockets the wings were too big they were too small and I'd exhausted the google search bar. I just couldn't find one similar anywhere that was until I was about to give up. I thought to myself I should just give up there clearly isn't any and then I came across accessorise's page and I saw it, the one, the bag I'd been looking for; there on the web page I spotted it the Melissa Winged Handheld Bag. So I went up to my mums office (she works from home) and I showed it her and she said I could get it but since I don't own a credit card I had to wait till I next went shopping but by chance my friends Alice and Clari texted me to see if I wanted to go to town on Friday and here it is that this rather long wined story concludes I finally got the bag and the month of looking seemed worth it I love the bag I got and I'm glad that I don't just give up straight away or I would never have found it.
And so the moral of the story is don't give up if something seems out of reach (too expensive) you can always find a way to bring it into your reach (within your budget!)
And now not so short story over here are some pictures of my bag.

Let me know if you'd like to see 'what's in my bag' and comment any other post suggestions you have.

Review-HyperGel Gel Effect Polish

Hello Everybody,

Today I thought I would do a review for you on something you may have heard me mention quite a few times throughout my past few posts and I thought I would do a review to let you know a little bit more about it. I wanted to do a review on this the other week but I wanted to wait and see if it actually lasted and how well it worked; any way here's the review.

Item: Models Own HyperGel-Gel Effect Polish

Price: Well it's actual price is £8.00 but if you bought another polish as well then it was only £5.00 so me and my friend Alice paid together
(Alice also writes a blog with my other friend Becky which you should all go and check out, click here to view it)
Where the items from: Models Own pop up store in Meadowhall (which by the way looks really cool because it's shaped like a nail polish bottle tipped over with pink nail polish pouring out of it!)
Quality: it's really good quality, nice packaging and value for money
Stars: 5 Stars
Picture:

Overall thoughts: definitely a great buy, it extends the life of your nail polish and I've had it on my nails for over two weeks and it's only just starting to chip. You don't need any extra things you just paint your nails how you normally would and then just apply this instead of your usual topcoat.

Monthly Favourites-July 2014

Hollah,

It's time for another favourites post, so here's what I've been loving in the month of July.

Shoes: my pink ballet flats-I bought these from PRIMARK last year and have found myself putting them on a lot more recently. They are comfy and stylish at the same time.

Dress: my black and white jersey dress from H&M- I have just fallen in love with it and have been wearing it nonstop.
Jewellery: Loom Bands-simple but effective! I love how you can make them to go with your outfit and there are just endless possibilities.
Shop: H&M- H&M is what I like to call a hit or miss shop. Sometimes I'll go in and there'll be loads of things I like and other times I can go in and think 'who would even wear this'. But this moth it has been a hit and I've bought some great pieces.
Wardrobe Essential: White Cami- they are great to go under low cut or see through tops.
Nail Polish: Models Own Hyper Gel- gel effect top coat, this was a great bargain at only £5 and it really does make you nail polish colour last.

Randoms

Show: Summer Break-summer break is a show on YouTube that  I've become obsessed with in the past couple of weeks. The show is basically all about a group of teens summer holidays. It follows them around on dates, camps and road trips you see the group develop and grow closer over the summer season 1 was filmed last year and season 2 started this summer. I've now watched all of season 1 and all the episodes of season 2 so far and I'm completely hooked I can't wait for the next episode I really recommend you go check it out.
Drink: Water- I know it's plain and simple but it's really hydrating and refreshing and is great for your skin which is a big bonus!
Obsession: Straws- I know it is completely random but they make drink more interesting and summery so if you get dehydrated I recommend buying a pack of straws they're cheap but I have found myself drinking more because I love the bright colours of them!
